General Use of Website

Narrative Candle Company reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website at our discretion.

Products & Use

Our candles are handmade and intended for decorative and aromatic use only.

By purchasing our products, you agree to:

  • Follow all candle safety instructions provided

  • Never leave a candle unattended while burning

  • Keep candles away from drafts, pets, children, and flammable materials

Narrative Candle Company is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed through our secure third-party payment providers via Wix. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order for any reason, including suspected misuse or error.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is fulfilled through Chit Chats, a third-party shipping provider.

  • Local Calgary orders may be shipped without tracking if the order contains one item and is local to our area

  • All orders shipped outside Calgary include tracking

Once an order has been handed over to Chit Chats, delivery timelines and handling are subject to their policies.

Narrative Candle Company is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping provider once the package is in transit.

Hand deliveries are considered a shipping service.

  • Shipping fees still apply

  • Delivery timing is subject to availability and coordination

Discount Codes & Founding Narrator Policy

Discount codes, including Founding Narrator / Founder discounts, are:

  • Issued to specific individuals

  • Non-transferable

  • Intended for personal use only

Misuse, sharing, or unauthorized use of discount codes may result in:

  • Immediate removal of the discount

  • Cancellation of orders

  • Permanent loss of associated benefits

Founding Narrator discounts are lifelong, provided they are used in accordance with these terms.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Product names

  • Descriptions

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Visual designs

are the intellectual property of Narrative Candle Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on Wix and uses third-party services for payments and shipping. Narrative Candle Company is not responsible for the actions, errors, or policies of third-party providers.
