  • To be eligible for a refund, candles must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition.

  • Used or burned candles are not eligible for refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement.

  • Requests for replacements must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your items.

  • Please contact us with photo evidence of the damage so we can assess the issue and assist you promptly.

  • Multiple instances of replacement requests will be investigated.
